Dr. Ignatowicz EmailsDate: Sat, Feb 15, 2014 at 9:49 AM
To: <[email protected]> So I attached some pics, of what I consider to be the perfect color teeth. Anyway, the color of his teeth are right on for me. Oh, and I don't think all of the teeth should be the same color. And I believe the teeth need to be somewhat translucent etc etc. From: Josh <[email protected]>

Subject: FORMAL INQUIRY: Teeth Debacle To: "Dr. Joshua Ignatowicz" <[email protected]> Listen Doc, You have obviously dropped the ball regarding my teeth. I have communicated to you as well as humanly possible. I have repeatedly told you how I want my teeth natural to me. I have sent you several pictures of a person's teeth to help explain my desire for natural looking teeth. I also wrote you a four page letter describing to you my teeth problems with previous dentists. Those stories are not fabrications. Everyone of those stories are true and verifiable. And I did all of this BEFORE I LET YOU work on my teeth. I even talked with your staff, let your people do a teeth cleaning, and all so I could check you guys out. And the worst part is, I genuinely believed in your talents and abilities. ________________ Then I enter your office in the beginning of July to get SIX of my top front teeth crowned. I sign-off on six teeth and pay a $2000 down payment (which is half the original $4K quote). As you begin work, you stop and insist on doing TEN teeth. You say you will pay for the tenth tooth, and that you are adding a total of four teeth to the job. Thus making a six tooth project, now a ten tooth project. And as I am upside-down and drugged, you make me sign another document for the next four teeth. Then you proceed to grind down my top ten teeth into little nubs. And as you do so, you decide to grind my BOTTOM FRONT ten teeth down? AND YOU DID SO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! And you ground down the front two bottom teeth SO MUCH... that I am now unable to enunciate the 's' sound! And the previously super-sensitive front teeth are now the cause of extreme pain! ______________________ Then, when this first traumatic phase is over, you tell me you are gonna have to do the back four upper teeth that are remaining, and that you have plans to do the entire amount of bottom teeth. And this is all so you can widen my bite and make YOUR top teeth fit right? Needless to say, YOU ARE NO LONGER MY DENTIST! You lied to me, you coerced me, you manipulated me, and you have caused severe pain and suffering; both physical and emotional. And if the pulpitis is irreversible, and if I require root canals on those top ten teeth, you will be paying for them. That I promise you. ______________________ Now, after bugging you for over a week about the extreme pain, you finally call me in yesterday to see how the top temporaries are fitting with the bottom teeth. And you see how horribly-off my bite is, and how that is causing me even more pain. So you spend a half-hour modifying the temporaries so they fit better. _____________________ Then I am called-in this morning at 7:30am to go over my original plan. But you won't meet with me. And you won't even talk to me about any of this? But you send out one of your girls to go over the color I want. AND I JUST WANT YOU TO MATCH MY NATURAL TEETH! AS I HAVE SAID A MILLION TIMES! Then I walk inside and ask for a refund on the $2000 down payment. The front desk girls says she will talk to you about it. _____________________ So I leave your office this morning, and I go see Dr. Gregg Hendrickson. He confirms my feelings, and since I don't have insurance with him, he is asking for $17,500 to fix YOUR MESS! ____________________ Then I get home and hear a message from your office. You all tell me that you have cut a $2000 check, and that you will gladly give me back my refund for services NOT rendered, But I HAVE TO SIGN A RELEASE??? ___________________ Dr. Ignatowicz, please schedule a time with me to go over your plan to remedy this situation. Please keep in mind, I will not allow you to work on my teeth, or allow anyone in your office to work on me in any way. From: Josh <[email protected]>
Date: Fri, Jul 18, 2014 at 5:35 PM Subject: Re: FORMAL INQUIRY: Teeth Debacle I received your text and am sorry to hear that you are still in such pain. As per your request, I will be happy to send you a full refund. As far as "pretending/forgetting you exist", it isn't quite as easy as that. Because you are in the middle of treatment, if I were to just stop, it could be considered patient abandonment. It is standard practice to sign a release when asking to be released from a doctors care, particularly when it is in mid-treatment. If you would like to look over the release before signing it, I will be happy to e-mail it to you. If you are uncomfortable coming to the office, I can arrange to have one of my front desk meet you in an adjoining suites to sign the release form and give you the refund check. Subject: Re: FORMAL INQUIRY: Teeth Debacle To: Josh <[email protected]> Josh, I received your email and am sorry to hear that you are still such a self-righteous superior prick. As per your request, I will be happy to find another dentist. As far as "pretending/forgetting you were ever my dentist" it isn't quite as easy as that. Because you are so used to thinking you are literally a saint, that if I were to just forgive you, it could be considered a sin for enabling your delusion. It is standard practice to compassionately confront a moron when that moron is a dentist who can do further damage to others; particularly mid-treatment. If you would like to sit down over a meal and discuss your arrogance and your self-righteousness, I will be happy to pay for the meal. If you are uncomfortable breaking bread with me, I can arrange to have one of my gnostic christian friends meet with you and show you the error of your ways. Post Script: email me the release and I will look it over... ASSBAG! It felt good to let-out some of my pain onto him...
